Frontier Community Services

 

Frontier Community Services has been providing assistance to people with disabilities for over 30 years in the Central Kenai Peninsula and for 10 years in Valdez. Our dedication remains helping people with disabilities remain in their homes and stay active in the communities they love. We have programs ranging from infants and toddlers to adults and our senior citizens. We provide help and hope for people who are overwhelmed and do not know where to turn. Frontier Community Services helps “All Ages Through All Stages.” Our services encompass:

Frontier Community Services

The mission of FCS is to provide quality, individualized home and community based services for people of all ages who are at risk of, or experiencing a disabling condition, in order to minimize the need for institutional care. FCS will continue to develop as a sound quality human service organization by:

  • Providing services that are needed to support individuals and families to live safely in the least restrictive setting of their choice
  • Increasing affordable, accessible, residential, community
  • housing options
  • Expanding service options in order to support individuals through
  • all stages of life
  • And by promoting community awareness & understanding
